As I immersed myself in the background screening industry, I quickly developed a deep passion for M&amp;A work. I was drawn to the meaningful impact it can have\u2014whether guiding an owner through a transition into retirement, supporting a company as it scales into the vision it has always imagined, or assisting non-strategic buyers as they enter the industry through acquisition. There is truly no greater reward than partnering with a business owner to achieve their goals.<\/p><p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1109\">I have played a pivotal role in establishing the firm as the premier M&amp;A intermediary in the background screening space. Over the years, I worked with our clients to complete over 50 successful M&amp;A transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $50,000 to $150 million.
